WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

If we receive your order before 2 PM MST we will make every effort to ship your order that same day. If the item is on backorder it will not be shipped until we receive new stock.

WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, we will email a copy of your invoice at the end of the day after we've shipped your order. Your invoice email will also include a copy of your tracking number.

IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH MY TELEPHONE NUMBER, WILL I RECEIVE UNWANTED TELEPHONE CALLS?

Absolutely not. We will only call you if we have a question about your order or if there is some unforeseen problem with processing your order in a timely manner.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You have 30 days to determine if the product you purchased is right for you. If you decide the product is unsuitable, you may return it within 30 days of the date you purchased it. See our return policy for additional details. Returns must be complete and in like-new condition, including the original packaging, manuals, cables, and all other accessories.
