MG Chemical Best-Sellers

Silicone Conformal Coating - MG Chemical 422B 340G

MG Chemical’s Silicone Conformal Coating is a staple in many electronics workstations. The material provides excellent corrosion resistance for printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The 422B coating stands out for its quick drying time (about 5-7 minutes to be tack free and 48 hours to cure) and the slight fluorescence it gives off under blacklight, making it easy to see where the coating was applied.

Total Ground Carbon Conductive Coating - MG Chemical 838AR 340G

The 838AR 340G conductive coating provides electrical conductivity to almost any surface. The conductive spray requires no heat cure and has a quick drying time.

The conductive coating’s primary application is to ground working surfaces to avoid static, but can also act as electric contact paint or carbon shielding paint in low-frequency RFI shielding applications. You can also use the 838AR 340G for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metal-filled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

Thermally Conductive Epoxy Encapsulating and Potting Compound - MG Chemicals 832TV-450M

Another customer favorite is MG Chemical’s 832TV-450ML, a thermally conductive epoxy and potting compound with exceptional chemical and water resistance to brine, acids, bases, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. The 832TV-450ML comes with two bottles, labeled Part A and Part B, with an easy 1:1 ratio for mixing.
